Voluntas offers the STAR survey and, as with all of our services, we tailor our service to suit your needs.

You can choose:
  • To have a survey comprising the seven core questions
  • To have a bespoke survey of the seven core questions plus your choice of any of the additional questions
  • To collect customer profile information at the same time in order to enhance your customer records
  • To have any of the STAR questions added to your existing surveys being delivered through Rated by Residents

STAR surveys will be completed by our professional MRS accredited telephone survey team who input the results immediately to your own secure part of our website.

STAR stands for Survey of Tenants and Residents. It has been designed to replace, and improve upon, the Status survey.

Whilst the final announcements of the consultation period have yet to be made, indications are that there will be a survey for Wales and five separate UK STAR surveys:
