"We have just carried out a pilot survey with Voluntas for gas servicing. Previously we were using a paper-based approach which took up a significant amount of staff time to administer. Our first reaction to the pilot has been very positive indeed. Not only do we save a small amount of cash by outsourcing it to Voluntas but it also frees up time for our staff to focus more on the results than the maintenance. So there's non-cashable savings/efficiency as well. The Voluntas solution is much smarter than any paper-based system we have allowing much easier analysis of the results using the filters etc. It's much easier to identify areas for improvement than it was before.
